目的:观察缩泉丸对肾阳虚多尿模型大鼠血环磷酸腺苷(cAMP)和醛固酮(ALD)水平的影响。方法:用腺嘌呤250mg/kg灌服大鼠4周,造成肾阳虚多尿模型,分别予缩泉丸、肾气丸和去氨加压素治疗4周,检测缩泉丸对血浆cAMP和ALD的影响。结果:肾阳虚多尿模型大鼠血浆cAMP含量较正常组显著升高(P<0.01),去氨加压素组和缩泉丸高剂量组血cAMP含量较模型组明显升高(P<0.05);血清ALD含量较正常组明显降低(P<0.05),去氨加压素组、肾气丸组和缩泉丸低、高剂量组血清ALD含量较模型组明显升高(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:缩泉丸能够提高肾阳虚多尿模型大鼠血cAMP和ALD水平。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effects of shrinkage pills on cAMP and ALD levels in polyhydric rats with kidney-yang deficiency. METHODS: Adenine 250 mg/kg was given to the rats for 4 weeks to induce a polyuria model of kidney yang deficiency, and the treatment with Shuquan Pill, Shenqi Pill, and desmopressin was performed for 4 weeks. Impact. RESULTS: Plasma cAMP levels in rats with polyuria in kidney-yang yang deficiency were significantly higher than those in the normal group (P<0.01), and cAMP levels in the desmopressin group and high-dose group in Shuquan Pills were significantly higher than those in the model group (P< 0.05); serum ALD content was significantly lower than the normal group (P <0.05), desmopressin group, Shenqi Pill group and shrinkage pills low and high dose group serum ALD content was significantly higher than the model group (P <0.05 P<0.01). Conclusion: Shuquan Pill can increase blood cAMP and ALD levels in rats with polyuria in kidney-yang deficiency.
