近几年来,我厂在“一厂多制,统分结合”的管理模式推动下,大力发展第三产业,先后相继办起了十几个经济实体。这些经济实体在市场经济中想方设法开拓市场,不断得到发展壮大,并初具规模。这对搞活经济,广开就业门路,适应市场需要,提高我厂的经济效益和社会效益,无疑将起到不可低估的作用。我厂经济实体在创办初期基本上以解决富余人员就业为主,很少或没有上交任务。随着经济的发展,它们的效益也随之增长。在此情况下,对这些经济实体如何管理?这是摆在我们面前的一项重要任务。一方面,我们必须转变观念,在市场经济
In recent years, with the promotion of the “one plant, multiple systems, and integrated management system”, our factory has vigorously developed the tertiary industry and has successively established more than a dozen economic entities. These economic entities have tried every means to develop the market in the market economy, and they have continuously grown and expanded and begun to take shape. This will undoubtedly play an important role in revitalizing the economy, broadening employment opportunities, adapting to market needs, and improving the economic and social benefits of our plant. In the early days of its establishment, the economic entity of our factory basically focused on solving the employment of surplus personnel, with little or no handing in tasks. With the economic development, their benefits have also increased. Under this circumstance, how are these economic entities to be managed? This is an important task before us. On the one hand, we must change our concepts in the market economy.
