This is the first new exhibition by American artist Jeff Elrod in Asia. Elrod’s work features an unconventional hand-drawn computer-based production model that is modestly modeled on a random pattern drawn by computer software without manual intervention and then rendered in a hand-painted form on a canvas, hiding the original features of the painting in digital Under the elements, it explores the localization of human roles under the prevailing mainstream computer-based culture.
