我厂“天鹅牌”空调器系列产品大部分零件都采用静电喷塑。其优点是:涂膜坚韧牢固,有良好的边缘覆盖性:外观光洁丰满,有较强的附着力和耐化学腐蚀性;无溶剂挥发和漆料污染,有利于环境保护。成本比传统溶剂漆低20％～25％等。但在生产过程中,粉末回收将受众多因素影响,尽管理论上吸尘效率可高达98％以上,但在实践生产中却存在下述主要问题有待于解决: 1.回收粉末涂料颗粒度比例失调。 2.回收粉末涂料含有杂质或受潮结块。如何合理利用回收粉末,直接关系到粉末涂料的利用率和被涂零件的涂装经济成本。为此,我们通过
