五月正是春去夏来的月份,在这样气温较为适中的时日开车,要注意些什么呢?以下是本人多年来的粗浅体会:困了就停车休息缺少睡眠,很容易发生疲劳。成年人一昼夜至少应睡8小时。此外人睡眠的时间不当或睡眠质量不高,也会引起疲劳。驾驶员发生事故的高峰时间是在午夜到清晨之间,以及白天下午一时至三时之间。这两个时间段,是瞌睡侵袭人的高峰期,人容易犯困,为避免事故发生,除夜间有充足的睡眠外提倡养成中午饭后短时间午休的习惯。
