江都三站技术改造项目中,“江都三站水泵装置技术改造模型试验研究”由水利水电科学研究院水力机电研究所承担,经过几年的努力已经完成,在水电部科技司主持下,于1986年2月20～21日在水科院召开鉴定会。参加会议的有水电部农水司、江苏省水利厅、淮委设计院、武汉水利电力学院、中国农业机械化科学研究院、江苏农学院、上海水泵厂以及江苏省江都水利工程管理处等共23人。鉴定会由专业工程技术人员和教授等组成的专家组负责对该科研成果进行技术鉴定:审查该试验
