介绍了华东电网基于EMS的静态安全辅助决策系统的模块组成和各项功能,重点对该系统的实用化作了分析,包括故障选择、控制区域选取、控制策略的制定、约束条件的优先级和罚因子的赋值,通过华东电网实例分析这些因素对于决策结果的影响。实际应用表明这些方法有效地提高了系统的计算速度、准确性和可靠性。
This paper introduces the modules and functions of the static safety assistant decision system based on EMS in East China Power Grid. The practical application of the system is analyzed, including fault selection, control area selection, control strategy formulation, priority of constraints and Penalty factor assignment, through the East China Power Grid case analysis of the impact of these factors on the decision-making results. Practical application shows that these methods effectively improve the system’s computing speed, accuracy and reliability.
