喷丸和强力刷磨复合强化工艺,可以大大提高工件的疲劳强度(与单独喷丸或刷磨相比)。单独强力刷磨对疲劳强度的提高,至多与喷丸时相当。作者用 Schenck 型试样进行平面弯曲疲劳试验来验证上述复合强化的作用。结果表明,疲劳强度最多可提高79%。还测定了沿深度方向残余应力的分布。另外还证明,用化学腐蚀法除去表面层(直到峰值应力所在位置)还可使疲劳强度进一步提高98%。然而这种情况在单独强力刷磨时是不存在的。
Shot peening and brushed composite strengthening process, can greatly improve the fatigue strength of the workpiece (compared with single shot or brushing). Powerful brush alone to improve the fatigue strength, at best, and shot peening quite. The author uses a Schenck-type specimen for plane bending fatigue tests to verify the effect of the above composite strengthening. The results show that the fatigue strength can be increased up to 79%. The distribution of residual stress along the depth was also determined. It has also been demonstrated that the removal of the surface layer by chemical etching (up to the location of the peak stress) can further increase the fatigue strength by 98%. However, this situation does not exist when brushed alone.
