系统探讨了敌敌畏对蟾蜍蝌蚪红细胞微核的影响。目的探讨敌敌畏对蟾蜍蝌蚪的致突变作用。方法以敌敌畏为污染物,以蟾蜍蝌蚪为受试物,进行急性毒性实验,取血涂片瑞氏染色,光学显微镜观察。结果实验组敌敌畏0.500mg/L使蟾蜍蝌蚪红细胞微核率升高,与对照组相比P<0.01有显著性差异;伴随敌敌畏浓度升高,蟾蜍蝌蚪红细胞微核及核异常率明显升高,存在剂量-效应关系。结论敌敌畏对蟾蜍蝌蚪有致突变作用。
The effect of dichlorvos on erythrocyte micronucleus in toad tadpoles was systematically investigated. Objective To investigate the mutagenic effect of dichlorvos on the toad tadpoles. Methods Dichlorvos was used as a contaminant and tadpole of Toad was used as test substance. The acute toxicity test was carried out. Wright staining and optical microscope were used to observe the blood smear. Results Compared with the control group, the concentration of DDVP 0.500mg / L increased the micronucleus rate of toad tadpole erythrocytes. Compared with the control group, P <0.01 showed significant difference. With the increase of concentration of dichlorvos, the micronucleus and nuclear abnormalities of tadpole erythrocytes in toad were significantly increased, There is a dose-effect relationship. Conclusion Dichlorvos has a mutagenic effect on toad tadpoles.
