上海有色金属研究所在九一年内共取得科研成果14项,并已通过技术鉴定,超额年计划任务的14％。已鉴定的课题经专家评审分别达到国内或国际先进水平,有的填补了国内空白(详见附表)。同时,在科技转化为生产力方面,也取得显著成效,已投入中试或生产应用的项目达57％。 91年内还新建课题18项,比计划数增加了20％。未结束的课题,经过一年的试验研究,也都有了一定的进展,预计在新的一年中,将有一批成果通过鉴定。
Shanghai Nonferrous Metal Research Institute made 14 scientific research achievements in 1991 and has passed the technical appraisal, exceeding 14% of the planned tasks in excess of the year. The subject has been identified by expert review reached the national or international advanced level, and some to fill the domestic blank (see the attached table). At the same time, remarkable achievements have also been made in transforming science and technology into productive forces. The number of projects that have been put into pilot or production applications has reached 57%. In the past 91 years, 18 new projects have been set up, an increase of 20% over the plan number. Some unfinished projects have also made some progress after one year of experimental study. It is estimated that a batch of achievements will be approved in the new year.
