本文采用石蜡煤油溶液模拟原油,研究了乙烯—醋酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVA)的降凝性和在煤油中的溶解性。用红外光谱、元素分析、差热分析和核磁共振氢谱分析了多种乙烯—醋酸乙烯酯共聚物的组成和聚集态,发现无定形 EVA 降凝效果高,溶解性好。以醋酸乙烯酯含量为41%的 EVA-6为例,加入1800ppm 可使模拟油的凝固点从31℃降至-30℃,使大庆原油的凝固点从34℃降至14℃。醋酸乙烯酯含量低于30%的 EVA 为结晶性共聚物,溶解性差,几乎没有降凝作用。在原油的开采和管道输送过程中,为了降低原油的凝固点,改善其流动性,实现常温输送,经常采用乙烯—醋酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVA)作降凝剂或防蜡剂。本文采用石蜡的煤油溶液模拟原油,研究了 EVA 的组成、聚集态和溶液浓度对溶解性和降凝性的影响。选择了效果较好的试样在大庆原油中进行试验,获得了较好的效果。
In this paper, paraffin kerosene solution was used to simulate crude oil, the depressing property of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA) and its solubility in kerosene were studied. The composition and aggregation state of various ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymers were analyzed by FTIR, elemental analysis, differential thermal analysis and 1HNMR. It was found that the amorphous EVA has good property of lowering the viscosity and good solubility. Taking EVA-6 with 41% vinyl acetate content as an example, adding 1800ppm can reduce the freezing point of simulated oil from 31 ℃ to -30 ℃, and decrease the freezing point of Daqing crude oil from 34 ℃ to 14 ℃. EVA with a vinyl acetate content of less than 30% is a crystalline copolymer with poor solubility and almost no depressing effect. In crude oil production and pipeline transportation, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA) is often used as a pour point depressant or paraffin inhibitor to reduce the solidification point of crude oil, improve its fluidity, and achieve normal temperature transportation. In this paper, paraffin oil kerosene was used to simulate crude oil, and the effects of the composition of EVA, aggregation state and solution concentration on solubility and depressing property were studied. Select the better sample in Daqing crude oil test, get better results.
