混凝土建筑物或构筑物,特别是混凝土路面拆毁后,混凝土中的粗骨料一般还能重复利用。这种再生骨料与天然骨料的差别,就是前者的表面粘附着旧的水泥砂浆,从而造成再生骨料混凝土与天然骨料的普通混凝土之间在性能上有所不同。大多数研究人员都是在实验室里制备原混凝土的试块,达到一定强度后再进行破碎,利用其中的粗骨料制备再生骨料混凝土。这在一定程度上与实际情况有所出入。如果能用现场拆毁的混凝土,制造出再生骨料混凝土,则其性能就会更可靠些。
After concrete buildings or structures, especially concrete pavements, are demolished, the coarse aggregate in the concrete can generally be reused. The difference between this recycled aggregate and the natural aggregate is that the former adheres to the old cement mortar on the surface, resulting in a difference in performance between the recycled aggregate concrete and the natural concrete. Most researchers prepare test blocks of the original concrete in the laboratory. After a certain strength is reached, they are crushed. The coarse aggregate is used to prepare recycled aggregate concrete. This is somewhat different from the actual situation. If concrete can be used on site to produce recycled aggregate concrete, its performance will be more reliable.
