采访手记:7月1日,云南电网公司召开创先动员大会,宣贯公司中长期发展战略,认真总结公司创先工作的不足与差距,进一步统一思想、统一认识,动员全体干部员工推进公司全面创先工作,持之以恒地提升企业管理水平,创建“服务好、管理好、形象好”的国际先进电网企业,吹响了公司系统全员全面创先的号角。这次会议精神在供电局、县公司、一线班组层面贯彻得如何?广大干部员工对创先工作由试点转向全面推进、对于查找补齐自身短板寻求更高层次的提升、对于更高标准地做好日常工作有何思考和体会?目前,本刊记者深入玉溪供电局以及部分县级供员公司对各个层级的干部员工进行了走访,感受了大家立足岗位实际做好日常工作的干劲和实实在在的行动。
