暗示法是通过心理暗示的手段,在进行体育训练时让心理和身体同时达到最佳状态的一种训练方法。本文从标识暗示、心理暗示和自我暗示等三个方面,简单介绍暗示法在提升初中田径训练效果中的应用。一、标识暗示,一目了然在体育训练中,采取标志物进行暗示的手段是最为常见的。人在运动的过程中,身体的感知与实际的情况往往是存在一些差异的,而通过鲜明醒目的标志物进行动作、节奏的提醒,则可以帮助训练者更好地感知运动状态,提升水平。
