混凝土的生产量大,应用面广,在我国四化建设中占有重要地位。如何保证混凝土的质量,提高生产效率,减轻劳动强度,降低成本,是混凝土制品行业中极为关心的课题。目前我国使用的混凝土搅拌机(不包括搅拌楼)还比较落后,大多属于手工操作配以继电-接触控制。操作人员多,劳动强度大,生产效率低,配比不准确,混凝土的质量得不到保证,因而直接影响着建筑物的质量。把微型计算机用于混凝土搅拌机中,不仅可以减轻劳动强度,提高生产效率,更重要的是提高配比的准确
The production of concrete is large and it is widely used. It occupies an important position in the four modernizations of our country. How to ensure the quality of concrete, improve production efficiency, reduce labor intensity, reduce costs, is the concrete products industry is extremely concerned about the issue.
