研究了铝空气电池用铝阳极中添加合金元素的作用, 镓、铟、铋、锡能增大阳极的开路电压, 镁、铋、铈可增大阳极的抗蚀性。以高纯铝(9999 % ) 为基体制得的两种铝阳极合金 A1 、 A2 基本上达到了碱性铝 空气电池的要求。以普通铝(995 % ) 为基体制得的铝合金 A3 作为铝阳极, 其电化学性能良好。
The effect of adding alloying elements to the aluminum anode for Al air battery was studied. Gallium, indium, bismuth and tin can increase the open circuit voltage of the anode. Magnesium, bismuth and cerium can increase the corrosion resistance of the anode. Two kinds of aluminum anode A1 and A2 made of high purity aluminum (99.99%) basically meet the requirements of alkaline aluminum air battery. The aluminum alloy A3, which is made from the common aluminum (99.5%), serves as the aluminum anode and has good electrochemical performance.
