目的探讨输液热源反应导致脑梗死的临床特点、发病机理和治疗。方法回顾性分析1997年2月至2009年1月我院收治的输液热源反应导致脑梗死及加重病人9例的临床资料。结果输液热源反应可导致脑梗死,病人有中风危险因素,脑梗死后病情进展快、预后不良。结论输液热源反应可导致脑梗死或脑梗死加重,有多种因素参与其发病与进展,可导致不良后果及社会影响。
Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics, pathogenesis and treatment of cerebral infarction caused by infusion heat source reaction. Methods The clinical data of 9 patients with cerebral infarction and exacerbation caused by infusion heat source reaction admitted to our hospital from February 1997 to January 2009 were retrospectively analyzed. Results Infusion heat source reaction can lead to cerebral infarction, patients with stroke risk factors, the disease progresses rapidly after cerebral infarction, poor prognosis. Conclusion Infusion heat source reaction can lead to increased cerebral infarction or cerebral infarction. There are many factors involved in its onset and progression, which may lead to adverse consequences and social effects.
