对2种高炉喷吹用煤和3种半焦的可磨性指数、着火点、爆炸性、灰熔点及燃烧性进行了研究,考察了5种原料的冶金性能及配煤对高炉喷吹性能的影响,确定了合理的配煤方案.结果表明,高炉喷吹煤粉配加半焦后,混合煤的可磨性增加,爆炸性减弱,着火点降低,灰熔点提高,燃烧率约为85%.半焦配比达40%时,混合煤用于高炉喷吹可行,并可获得更优良的冶金性能.
The grindability index, ignition point, explosiveness, ash melting point and combustibility of two kinds of blast furnace coal and three kinds of semi-coke were studied, and the metallurgical properties of five kinds of raw materials and the influence of blending coal on the blasting performance were investigated , And a reasonable coal blending plan was determined.The results showed that the pulverized coal mixed with semi-coke injected blast furnace increased the grindability, explosiveness, ignition point and melting point, and the combustion rate was about 85%. When the ratio is up to 40%, the mixed coal is feasible for blast furnace injection, and more excellent metallurgical properties can be obtained.
