为阐明洁阴宝的主要功效 ,采用常用化学介质组胺使大鼠皮肤毛细血管通透性增强、致痒 ,用二甲苯致小鼠耳肿的方法 ,观察了洁阴宝对其毛细血管通透性、致痒阈、肿胀度的影响 ,并采用平皿打孔法进行了体外抑杀菌试验。结果表明 :洁阴宝可显著抑制组胺诱发的毛细血管通透性增强 ,明显抑制二甲苯所致的耳廓肿胀 ,并有较强的止痒和体外抑杀菌作用。结论 :洁阴宝具有显著的抗炎、消肿、止痒和抑杀菌作用。 In order to elucidate the main efficacy of Jieyinbao, the commonly used chemical medium, histamine, was used to increase the capillary permeability of the rat’s skin and cause itchiness. The xylene-induced mouse ear swelling was used to observe the effect of Jieyinbao on its capillaries. The effects of permeability, itching threshold, and swelling degree were tested. In vitro antibacterial tests were performed using plate-perforation. The results showed that: Jieyinbao can significantly inhibit the histamine-induced enhancement of capillary permeability, significantly inhibited xylene-induced ear swelling, and has a strong antipruritic and antibacterial effect in vitro. Conclusion: Jieyinbao has significant anti-inflammatory, swelling, antipruritic and anti-bactericidal effects.
