用透射电镜对吡喹酮作用后的滴虫及正常滴虫超微结构进行比较研究。经吡喹酮(2mg/ml)作用2小时,可见虫体质膜突起消失,胞质、核质、粗面内质网、密颗粒等胞器逐渐溶解消失,胞质变性,形成若干空白区,最终质膜断裂,虫体崩溃。正常滴虫的超微结构与前人观察结果基本一致,对密颗粒的超微结构有新的发现;对基染色杆与副基纤维进行了鉴别;胞质中有类线粒体结构。
The ultrastructures of trichomoniasis and normal trichomoniasis after praziquantel treatment were compared by transmission electron microscopy. When praziquantel (2mg/ml) was used for 2 hours, the protozoa of the worms disappeared, cytoplasm, nucleoplasm, rough endoplasmic reticulum, and dense granules gradually dissolved and disappeared, cytoplasm degeneration, and some blank areas were formed. The final plasma membrane breaks and the body collapses. The ultrastructure of normal trichomoniasis is basically consistent with that of previous observations. There are new discoveries on the ultrastructure of dense granules. The basal stained rods and the ancillary fibers have been identified; there is a mitochondrial structure in the cytoplasm.
