应用纤维胆道镜治疗胆管结石常遇到的难题是对大结石的处理.大结石常嵌顿于胆管内,取石篮难以越过结石或越过结石却不能张开取石篮;取石篮套住结石后却因结石过大难以通过相对狭窄的窦道.由此,各种碎石方法被应用于纤维胆道镜.我们最近应用液电冲击波碎石(Electrohydrauliclithotripsy,EHL)治疗25例胆道术后残留结石取得满意效果.25例中男性11例,女性14例;年龄28～
