为了获取工程项目成员间的真实沟通关系,排除基于问卷调研等传统方法所获取数据中包含的主观判断影响,该文以某工程项目为案例,基于邮件数据通过语义标注来识别成员间的沟通关系。在此基础上,构建并对比不同议题的沟通网络模型,讨论组织沟通匹配度与采购迟延的关系,最后通过专家回访对模型进行验证。结果表明:组织成员决策权力、相关经验和实际沟通表现之间的匹配情况与采购延迟之间具有明显联系;基于语义标注的沟通网络模型较基于传统调研的模型在识别信息丢失问题上具有一定优势。 In order to obtain the real communication between project members and eliminate the influence of subjective judgments contained in the data obtained by traditional methods such as questionnaire surveys, this paper uses a project as a case to identify the communication relationship among members through semantic annotation based on mail data . On this basis, the communication network model of different topics is constructed and compared, and the relationship between organizational communication matching degree and procurement delay is discussed. At last, the model is verified by experts’ return visit. The results show that there is a clear connection between the match between organizational decision-making authority, relevant experience and actual communication performance, and procurement delay. The communication network model based on semantic annotation has some advantages over the traditional research-based model in identifying information loss .
