以3个黑龙江省具有代表性的寒地超级稻品种及它们在生产上的常规对照品种为试材,比较分析抽穗后叶片中保护性酶的变化。结果表明,随着各水稻品种的衰老,叶片超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)活性先上升然后再持续下降,而丙二醛(MDA)含量则持续上升。各超级稻品种的保护性酶活性均高于常规稻品种,丙二醛(MDA)含量则较常规稻品种低,且超级稻品种产量显著高于常规稻品种。表明超级稻品种清除活性氧的能力较强,有利于延缓衰老,延长叶片的光合期,促进产量的提高。
Three winter super rice cultivars in Heilongjiang Province and their conventional control varieties were used as materials to analyze the changes of protective enzymes in the leaves after heading. The results showed that the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and peroxidase (POD) in leaves increased first and then decreased continuously with the aging of the rice varieties, while the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) increased continuously. The protective enzyme activities of all the super rice varieties were higher than that of the conventional rice varieties. The content of malondialdehyde (MDA) was lower than the conventional rice varieties, and the super rice varieties were significantly higher than the conventional rice varieties. The results showed that the ability of super rice to scavenge reactive oxygen species is strong, which is good for delaying aging, prolonging the photosynthetic period and promoting the yield increase.
