在对气平衡抽油机游梁与横梁轴承座螺栓联接进行受力分析的基础上,讨论了其联接的优化设计。以联接的综合面积最小为目标函数,以接合面不滑移、螺栓不拉断、接合面不压溃、轴承座不翻转及联接尺寸限制为约束条件,给出了联接的动态优化数学模型及求解方法。以CYJQ14-5-73HQ型气平衡抽油机为例作了具体设计计算,并给出优化设计结果。
On the basis of the force analysis of bolt connection of gas balance beam and beam bearing, the optimal design of coupling is discussed. Taking the minimum of the combined area as the objective function, the mathematical model of the dynamic optimization of the joint is given with the constraint that the joint surface is not slippery, the bolt is not broken, the joint surface is not crushed, the bearing seat is not overturned and the joint size is limited. Solution. Taking CYJQ14-5-73HQ type gas balance pumping unit as an example, the concrete design calculation is made, and the optimized design result is given.
