本文以翻译了《红楼梦》前80回的国译本与四种120回全译本这五种日译本为代表,探讨了《红楼梦》日译本的底本选择模式。结合各译本产生时中国的《红楼梦》版本情形、出版状况、红学研究进展和日本的《红楼梦》翻译情况、译者对中国红学研究进展的掌握以及译者的身份等的背景分析,试图探明日译者们底本选择背后的诸种影响因素,并总结《红楼梦》日文全译本的底本使用特征。
This essay uses five Japanese versions of the first 80 editions of A Dream of Red Mansions and four kinds of 120 versions of the translated versions as the representatives to discuss the mode choice of the Japanese version of A Dream of Red Mansions. Based on the editions of the versions of “Hong Lou Meng” in China, the state of publication, the progress of the study on Redology and the translation of A Dream of Red Mansions in Japan, the translator’s background analysis of the progress of the study of Redology and the identity of translators, Japanese translators choose the various factors behind the choice and summarize the basic usage characteristics of the full Japanese version of A Dream of Red Mansions.
