探讨大学生体育投入与生命质量的关系,为相关的干预研究提供科学依据。采用《锻炼态度量表》、《体育锻炼情况调查表》和《生存质量测定量表(WHOQOL-100)》,对河北省981名大学生进行调查。结果显示:大学生总体生命质量处于一般水平,其中生理维度最佳,环境维度最差;大学生的体育时间投入、精力投入(行为习惯与行为控制感)、情感投入(行为意向与情感体验)与大学生生命质量显著相关,但其中男生的行为意向与生命质量相关不显著;女生的体育行为控制感、行为习惯以及情感体验与大学生生命质量之间相关不显著。高校应重视通过体育教育途径增加大学生体育投入的程度,促进和提高大学生的生命质量水平。
To explore the relationship between college students’ physical education and quality of life and to provide scientific evidence for related intervention research. A total of 981 undergraduates in Hebei Province were investigated using the “Attitude Exercises”, “Physical Exercises” and “WHOQOL-100” questionnaires. The results showed that the overall quality of life of college students was at a general level, of which the physical dimension was the best, and the environmental dimension was the worst. The college students’ time and energy inputs (behaviors and behavioral control), emotional inputs (behavioral intention and emotional experience) But there was no significant correlation between the behavioral intention of boys and the quality of life. There was no significant correlation between the control behavior of girls’ behavior, the behavior habits, the emotional experience and the quality of life of college students. Colleges and universities should pay more attention to increase the level of college students’ sports investment through physical education and promote and improve their quality of life.
