职业教育的目标就是要培养技术性人才。由于机电专业具有的专业性和技术性,所以要强调机电专业的“双师型”教师的培养,为了培养这种人才,一定要加强教师队伍的建设工作。让教师不仅拥有向学生传授知识的水平,还应该具备指导学生进行实践活动的能力。这就是所谓的“双师型”教师。本文就是针对校企合作机电专业“双师型”师资队伍品牌建设的理论,发现其内在问题,应对这种问题来提出相应的品牌建设策略。
The goal of vocational education is to train skilled personnel.
