目的分析血管内皮生长因子-C(VEGF-C)、趋化因子受体-4(CXCR4)在乳腺浸润性导管癌组织及乳腺纤维腺瘤组织中的表达,探讨其与淋巴管生成、乳腺癌的淋巴转移的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学方法检测72例乳腺癌组织、15例乳腺纤维腺瘤中VEGF-C、CXCR4的表达。结果 72例乳腺癌组织中VEGF-C、CXCR4的表达率分别为76.4%、58.3%,显著高于乳腺纤维腺瘤组织(20%、13.3%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。VEGF-C、CXCR4的表达与患者的年龄、肿瘤大小、雌孕激素受体(ER、PR)的表达无关(P>0.05),而与组织学分级、临床分期、淋巴管的浸润及淋巴结转移有关(P<0.01)。结论 VEGF-C、CXCR4在介导乳腺癌细胞淋巴管浸润及淋巴结转移中可能起重要协同作用。
Objective To investigate the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor-C (VEGF-C) and chemokine receptor-4 (CXCR4) in breast invasive ductal carcinoma and breast fibroadenoma and to explore its relationship with lymphangiogenesis, breast cancer The relationship of lymphatic metastasis. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of VEGF-C and CXCR4 in 72 cases of breast cancer and 15 cases of breast fibroadenoma. The expression of VEGF-C and CXCR4 had no correlation with age, tumor size, ER, PR expression (P> 0.05), but with histological grade, clinical stage, lymphatic invasion and lymph node metastasis Related (P <0.01). Conclusion VEGF-C and CXCR4 may play important synergistic roles in the lymphatic invasion and lymph node metastasis of breast cancer cells.
