干细胞是一类具有自我复制分化能力的多潜能细胞,在一定条件下能分化成多种功能细胞,分化异常,可导致肿瘤的发生。大量研究显示,细胞信号转导通路、雌激素、细胞周期蛋白与乳腺癌干细胞有着密切的联系。因此,通过阻断乳腺癌干细胞分化过程中特征蛋白或细胞因子的表达可能对乳腺癌的临床治疗和减轻化疗不良反应提供理想的效果。
Stem cells are a kind of pluripotent cells with self-replicating differentiation ability. Under certain conditions, stem cells can differentiate into many kinds of functional cells, and the differentiation is abnormal, which can lead to the occurrence of tumors. A large number of studies have shown that cell signal transduction pathways, estrogen, cyclin and breast cancer stem cells are closely linked. Therefore, blocking the expression of the characteristic proteins or cytokines in the process of breast cancer stem cell differentiation may provide ideal results for the clinical treatment of breast cancer and alleviating the adverse reaction of chemotherapy.
