稀浆封层是在常温条件下将乳化沥青、级配矿料、填料、水及添加剂按一定的比例拌成糊状流动的混合料,并及时摊铺在路面上而形成的一层厚为0~13毫米的路面薄层,起到防水、防滑、耐磨、整平及恢复路面使用功能的作用。稀浆封层技术在沥青路面、砂石基层、水泥路面上均可使用,并能产生显著的经济效益和社会效益。普通稀浆封层一般厚度在2~13毫米范围内,最常用的为4~6毫米和6~8毫米,而采用聚合物改良稀浆封层厚度可达到50毫米,可用于高等级路面的养护与维修,无论采用那一种稀浆封层技术,必须要求原路基稳定坚固,旧路上施工时要求路面整体变形不大,平整度应在6mm以下。稀浆封层的类型及选择按骨料级配的粗细分为:Ⅰ型、Ⅱ型、Ⅲ型,其级配情况如
