目的:探讨蚜虫危害对灰毡毛忍冬药材产量和质量的影响。方法:测定同一植株上蚜虫不同危害等级的花枝鲜花和干花的产量,采用HPLC-ELSD法,分别测定蚜虫不同危害等级的花蕾中绿原酸、咖啡酸、木犀草苷、3,5-二咖啡酰奎宁酸、川续断皂苷乙和灰毡毛忍冬皂苷乙6种有效成分的含量。结果:蚜虫危害显著影响灰毡毛忍冬的产量,极显著影响木犀草苷、灰毡毛忍冬皂苷乙和川续断皂苷乙的含量(P<0.01),显著影响绿原酸的含量(P<0.05),对咖啡酸和3,5-二咖啡酰奎宁酸含量无显著影响。结论:灰毡毛忍冬GAP生产中应规范蚜虫的防治。
Objective: To investigate the effects of aphids on the yield and quality of Honeysuckle honeysuckle. Methods: To determine the yield of flowers and flowers with different harmfulness levels of aphids on the same plant, the contents of chlorogenic acid, caffeic acid, luteolin, 3,5-bis Acyl quinic acid, Chuan Duan Saponin B and hair felt pterostiloside B content of six active ingredients. Results: The effects of aphids on the production of Lonicera macranthoides significantly affected the content of Ligustrum lucidus, Lonicera macrostachya B and Fructus Dipsacus B (P <0.01), and significantly affected the contents of chlorogenic acid (P < 0.05), no significant effect on the content of caffeic acid and 3,5-dicaffeoylquinic acid. Conclusion: Prevention and treatment of aphids should be regulated in the production of GAP.
