高校工会是高校教职工自愿结合的群众性组织,它主要职能就是代表和维护广大教职工的合法权益。研究高校工会维权机制,对高校工会工作具有现实意义。本文从高校工会维权的法律法规、范围、体制和机制四个方面阐述了当先高校维权所存在的问题,并从历史、法律法规、用工方式三个角度对维权机制做了机理分析。最终从建立健全运行机制、建立健全监督机制、建立健全维权协调机制、强化维权意识四个方面给出了建立教职工维权机制的可行意见。
College unions are mass organizations voluntarily combined by faculty and staff of colleges and universities. Its main function is to represent and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the faculty and staff. Studying the mechanism of safeguarding the rights of trade unions in colleges and universities is of practical significance to the work of trade unions in colleges and universities. This article elaborates the existing problems in the first instance from the four aspects of the laws, regulations, scopes, systems and mechanisms of rights protection of trade unions in colleges and universities. It also analyzes the mechanism of rights protection from the perspectives of history, laws and regulations, and labor force. In the end, feasible suggestions are put forward to establish the mechanism of safeguarding the rights and interests of staff and workers through four aspects: establishing and perfecting the operation mechanism, establishing and perfecting the supervision mechanism, establishing and perfecting the coordinating mechanism of rights protection and strengthening the consciousness of safeguarding the rights.
