区办事处储蓄股外勤下推到所,加强小型机构的力量,是一件新的工作,各地尚无成熟的经验,今除介绍杭州市支行湖滨办事处在这方面的工作进行情况供各地工作同志参考外,并提出三个问题,希望大家研究讨论,(一)外勤下推后储蓄股应如何配备人员,才能真正(?)到加强领导的目的,(二)外勤在什么情况下下推才適宜于充实小型机构?(三)外勤下推后,储蓄所组成互助组,干部统筹调配,是不是改变劳动组织照顾人手不足的妥善办法。
