采用冷挤压与冲裁相结合的新形工艺方法成形大高径比空心锻件 ,不仅大大提高生产效率 ,而且产品性能也远远高于热锻产品。通过有限元对整个变形过程的模拟 ,可动态观察整个变形过程应力、应变以及速度场的变化情况 ,从而为金属塑变过程流动规律的分析提供强有力的理论支持 ,并为优化工艺方案提供参考依据。实验结果同有限元仿真结果的很好吻合 ,不但充分证明该工艺方案的可行性 ,而且为该类零件的生产提供一种新思路
The use of cold extrusion and blanking the combination of new-type process for forming large diameter hollow forgings, not only greatly improve production efficiency, and product performance is much higher than the hot forging products. Through the finite element simulation of the entire deformation process, the stress, strain and velocity field changes can be dynamically observed throughout the deformation process, so as to provide strong theoretical support for the analysis of the flow rules in the plastic deformation process and to provide reference for the optimization of the process plan in accordance with. The experimental results agree well with the finite element simulation results, which not only fully demonstrate the feasibility of the process scheme, but also provide a new idea for the production of such parts
