目的介绍金黄色葡萄球菌分泌的超抗原在动物体内外与免疫系统的作用关系。方法以国内外大量文献资料为依据,对金黄色葡萄球菌分泌的中毒性休克综合征毒素1(TSST-1)、肠毒素A、肠毒素B三种超抗原刺激机体免疫反应的情况作出归纳和总结。结果金黄色葡萄球菌分泌的超抗原通过与体内的免疫系统成分作用,刺激细胞因子过度释放,构成细胞因子网络而诱发疾病。结论对金黄色葡萄球菌分泌的超抗原的研究有助于揭示其诱发疾病的病因以及确定正确的治疗和预防方案。
Objective To introduce the role of superantigens secreted by Staphylococcus aureus in immune system in vivo and in animals. Methods Based on a large number of literatures at home and abroad, this paper summarizes the immune response of TSST-1, enterotoxin A and enterotoxin B secreted by Staphylococcus aureus in stimulating the body’s immune response. to sum up. Results Staphylococcus aureus secretion of superantigens by the role of the body’s immune system components to stimulate excessive release of cytokines, cytokines constitute the network and induce disease. Conclusion The study of superantigens secreted by Staphylococcus aureus can help reveal the etiology of the disease and determine the correct treatment and prophylaxis.
