随着信息技术和科学技术的发展,大数据时代已经悄然来临,企业的发展环境已经发生了变化,企业原来的人力资源供应链已经不能满足时代发展的需要,互联数据技术迫使着企业人力资源供应链进行数据化管理的改革。笔者主要进行数据化管理与企业人力资源供应链创建的探析,旨在为大数据时代下企业人力资源供应链构建改革提供依据。
