文章介绍了一种能满足小井眼钻井、定向井、侧钻井及修井等作业的全液压驱动方式的钻修两用顶部驱动装置的结构特点、工作机理和结构仿真研究工作。在该装置的研制过程中 ,采用机械自动化设计软件 (Pro/engineer) ,通过建立各零部件的三维实体模型、结构装配、干涉检验、力学分析 ,实现了对DQ— 30Y钻修两用顶驱装置的结构仿真研究。找到了该装置在原零部件设计中和装配中存在的问题 ,及时修改设计方案 ,并将发现的问题和修改意见反馈到试制单位 ,从而缩短了该产品的研制周期 ,降低了研制成本 ,提高了该产品的可靠性和市场竞争能力。
This paper introduces the structural characteristics, working mechanism and structural simulation of a dual-purpose top drive unit for drilling and repairing fully hydraulically driven drilling which can meet the requirements of slimhole drilling, directional well, side drilling and workover work.
