对三种不同规格的RPC盖板分别用GB 26537—2011《钢纤维混凝土检查井盖》附录B和南方电网《电缆沟盖板标准技术标书》中规定的承载能力试验方法进行了测试并对比分析。结果表明:采用GB 26537—2011方法测得的盖板裂缝荷载和破坏荷载均高于电力行业方法所测结果,但国标方法测试时盖板内部钢筋不屈服,且在加载后期盖板的受力状态与实际不符,因此,建议采用电力行业方法作为活性粉末混凝土电缆沟盖板承载能力测试方法。
Three different specifications of the RPC cover plate respectively with GB 26537-2011 “steel fiber reinforced concrete inspection covers” Appendix B and the Southern Power Grid “Cable trench cover standard technical tender” test methods specified in the carrying capacity were tested and compared.
