本文提出一种毫米波、亚毫米波电子回旋谐振脉塞的新方案,并进行了非线性理论的分析。这种方案采用了特殊结构的多反射镜准光学谐振腔及大直径环形电子注。前者使它能有效地工作在直到亚毫米波段,后者能提供强大的输出功率。此外谐振腔优异的模式分割能力有利于提高模式纯度并保证稳定的工作。数值分析结果表明该方案效率高。对电子注要求也不苛刻。因而便于实现。
In this paper, a new scheme of millimeter-wave and submillimeter-wave electron cyclotron resonance impulse plugs is proposed and the nonlinear theory is analyzed. This scheme uses a special structure of the multi-mirror quasi-optical resonator and large diameter ring electron injection. The former allows it to work effectively up to sub-millimeter wavebands, which provide powerful output power. In addition, the excellent mode splitting capability of the resonant cavity helps to improve the mode purity and ensure stable operation. Numerical analysis shows that the scheme is efficient. Electronic injection requirements are not harsh. So easy to implement.
