以不同浓度(10万、40万、60万单位·L-1)的青霉素水溶液对大田扬花期的小麦进行叶面喷施,经测定发现,处理后旗叶的蒸腾速率、叶绿素含量和硝酸还原酶活性均高于对照,穗粒数增加1.60~2.89粒,千粒重增加1.67~2.98g,每公顷增产684.15~1249kg,增产百分率为8.63~15.76%。从本试验的各项生理指标和产量指标综合来看,青霉素在小麦生产中具有较大的应用价值,其较佳的使用浓度约为10万单位·L-1。
Spraying wheat in the field at flowering stage was sprayed with different concentrations of penicillin aqueous solutions (100,000, 400,000 and 600,000 units · L-1).
