目的：探究分层次护理对妇科恶性肿瘤患者生活质量的影响效果。方法：随机选取我院2013年3月~2016年3月收治的100例妇科恶性肿瘤患者进行分层次护理，对比患者进行分层次护理前后生活质量的变化。结果：进行深层次护理后，患者的身体状况、角色、认知、躯体功能等方面有了显著的改善，症状方面除了呕吐和恶心也有了好转。结论：对妇科恶性肿瘤患者进行分层次护理有利于提高患者生活质量。,Objective To explore the hierarchical care on the quality of life of patients with gynecological malignant tumor effect. Methods Randomly selected from our hospital between March 2013 to March 2016 received layer nursing 100 cases of gynecologic malignant tumors, compared to patients with hierarchical nursing before and after the change of quality of life. Results After deep care, the patient’s physical condition, character, cognitive and physical function had significant improvements, in addition to vomiting and nausea and other symptoms have got better. Conclusion The patients with gynecology malignant tumor for hierarchical care to improve patient quality of life.
