城郊型矿区复垦功能分区研究——以鹤岗市益新煤矿为例

益新煤矿作为鹤岗市唯一一座城郊型矿区,矿区范围内城市居民点用地分布较广,占矿区总面积的60%以上。由于开采历史悠久,地表建筑物破坏严重,随着煤炭资源的进一步开采,势必造成更加严重的生态破坏,必须通过土地复垦工程来改善矿区生态环境。考虑省级生态功能区划、园林城市建设及城市可持续发展的需要,将研究区建设用地复垦为生态用地,作为过渡性用地类型。同时根据道路状况及周边环境状况等区位因素,将矿区内废弃居民点建设用地划分为3大主体生态功能区:观赏林区、生态林区、经济林区;对原土地利用类型为农用地的仍复垦为农用地。通过复垦功能分区研究,可以指导矿区复垦工程投资,改善鹤岗市生态环境,促进鹤岗市的可持续发展。 As the only suburban mining area in Hegang, Yixin Coal Mine has a wide distribution of urban residential land within the mining area, accounting for more than 60% of the total area of ​​the mining area. Taking into account the needs of provincial-level ecological functional zoning, construction of garden cities, and sustainable urban development, the construction land in the study area was reclaimed as ecological land as a transitional land type. At the same time, according to location conditions such as road conditions and surrounding environmental conditions, the construction land for abandoned residential sites in the mining area is divided into three main ecological functional areas: ornamental forests, ecological forests, and economic forests; and the original land use type is agricultural land. Reclamation is agricultural land. Through the research of reclamation and functional zoning, it can guide the investment in reclamation projects in mining areas, improve the ecological environment in Hegang City, and promote the sustainable development of Hegang City.
