应用有限元法对100毫米脱壳穿甲弹弹托的发射应力进行分析计算,选取弹托弹体结合的模型,在网格划分时将弹体与弹托局部连接,使弹体与弹托之间的载荷在计算中自动形成。用轴对称弹性程序进行计算,然后对连接齿处局部放大再进行细致计算.计算结果表明在最大膛压3800kg/cm2时,弹托上有四个齿局部地方发生塑性变形,其余都在弹性范围以内.
