目的:研究亚硒酸钠对荷瘤机体的免疫调节作用。方法:实验分别测定了亚硒酸钠+肿瘤组(Ⅰ)、肿瘤对照组(Ⅱ)和正常对照组(Ⅲ)动物的脾淋巴细胞转化率、ANAE+淋巴细胞百分率和免疫器官指数,并在光镜下对脾脏和胸腺的形态学变化作了观察。结果:亚硒酸钠可促进荷瘤机体的T淋巴细胞功能使脾淋巴细胞转化率和ANAE+淋巴细胞百分率增高;促进免疫器官中淋巴组织增殖,使胸腺和脾脏指数远高于二个对照组;其免疫器官的形态学损伤亦较轻。结论:亚硒酸钠可逆转因肿瘤生长而造成的免疫机能低下状态。
Objective: To study the immune regulation effect of sodium selenite on tumor-bearing body. Methods: The spleen lymphocyte transformation rate, percentage of ANAE + lymphocytes and immune organ index in selenite + tumor group (Ⅰ), tumor control group (Ⅱ) and normal control group (Ⅲ) Microscopic observation of the morphological changes of the spleen and thymus. Results: Sodium selenite could promote the function of T lymphocytes in tumor-bearing cells and increase the conversion rate of splenic lymphocytes and the percentage of ANAE + lymphocytes; promote the proliferation of lymphoid tissues in immune organs so that the indices of thymus and spleen were much higher than those of two control groups; The morphological damage of immune organs is also lighter. Conclusion: Sodium selenite reverses the immunocompromised condition caused by tumor growth.
