采用琼脂扩散法对香椿嫩芽和老叶萃取物的氯仿、乙酸乙酯和正丁醇萃取部分的抗菌活性进行了研究。嫩芽萃取物的抗菌活性明显高于老叶萃取物,其中嫩芽萃取物的乙酸乙酯部分表现出最强的抗菌活性,其最小抑菌浓度(MIC)为1.3mg/mL。实验结果表明,香椿叶中的抑菌物质随着生长时间的延长而逐渐降低。
The antibacterial activities of extracts of chloroform, ethyl acetate and n-butanol from the tender and old leaves of Toona sinensis were studied by agar diffusion method. The antibacterial activity of the bud extract was significantly higher than that of the old leaf extract. The ethyl acetate fraction of the bud extract showed the strongest antibacterial activity with a minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of 1.3 mg / mL. The experimental results showed that the antibacterial substances in Toona sinensis leaves gradually decreased with the growth time.
