目的:观察Clusterin和Maspin在子宫内膜癌中的表达情况,研究Clusterin和Maspin表达与子宫内膜癌发生、发展的相关性。方法:收集手术切除并经病理证实的标本110例,其中子宫内膜癌组40例,子宫内膜不典型增生组40例,正常子宫内膜组30例。免疫组化对比三组患者Clusterin和Maspin在子宫内膜癌中的表达情况及其相关性。结果:子宫内膜癌组Clusterin、Maspin表达阳性率显著高于子宫内膜不典型增生组及正常子宫内膜组(P<0.05)。Maspin表达在手术病理分期、淋巴结转移中具有相关性(P<0.05)。Clusterin表达在手术病理分期、淋巴结转移及组织学分化中具有相关性(P<0.05)。子宫内膜癌中Clusterin和Maspin表达的配对卡方检验(P=0.007)。说明这两种蛋白存在相关性,Spearman等级相关性分析显示两种蛋白之间存在着显著负相关。结论:Maspin和Clusterin的表达在子宫内膜癌的发生、转移过程中起重要作用,联合检测Maspin和Clusterin可作为预测子宫内膜癌转移及预后的参考指标。
Objective: To observe the expression of Clusterin and Maspin in endometrial carcinoma and to study the correlation between Clusterin and Maspin expression and the occurrence and development of endometrial carcinoma. Methods: One hundred and ten cases of surgically resected and pathologically confirmed specimens were collected, including 40 cases of endometrial carcinoma, 40 cases of endometrial dysplasia and 30 cases of normal endometrium. The expression of Clusterin and Maspin in endometrial carcinoma and its correlation with immunohistochemistry in three groups of patients. Results: The positive rate of Clusterin and Maspin in endometrial carcinoma group was significantly higher than that in atypical hyperplasia group and normal endometrium group (P <0.05). Maspin expression was correlated with pathological stage and lymph node metastasis (P <0.05). Clusterin expression was correlated with pathological stage, lymph node metastasis and histological differentiation (P <0.05). Matched chi square test of Clusterin and Maspin expression in endometrial cancer (P = 0.007). Indicating that there is a correlation between the two proteins. Spearman rank correlation analysis showed that there was a significant negative correlation between the two proteins. Conclusion: The expression of Maspin and Clusterin plays an important role in the carcinogenesis and metastasis of endometrial carcinoma. Combined detection of Maspin and Clusterin can be used as a reference index for predicting the metastasis and prognosis of endometrial carcinoma.
