新能源、“互联网+”等新技术快速地向汽车研发领域渗透,汽车的性能属性发生重大变革,开发越来越复杂,开发过程中充满更多的不确定性,导致整车性能开发的风险不断增加。针对汽车性能开发存在的风险,以A车型动力性、燃油经济性和驾驶性开发为例,分析PRAM模型的优势和实践条件,提出将集成化风险管理应用到性能开发的各个阶段的具体方法。

Significant changes have taken place in the performance attributes of automobiles. As the development becomes more and more complex, more uncertainties in the development process lead to the development of vehicle performance The risk is constantly increasing. Aiming at the risk of automotive performance development, this paper analyzes the advantages and practical conditions of the PRAM model by taking the dynamic, fuel economy and driving development of A as an example, and puts forward the concrete method of applying integrated risk management to each stage of performance development.
