近几年来,防腐工程中一些钢设备、管道及管件常用玻璃钢做内衬。怎样保证玻璃钢内衬的施工质量呢?一、施工准备1.原材料除应有出厂合格证外,还应抽样检查各原材料的质量是否符合要求,合格后方可使用。玻璃布外观应清洁干燥,填料不潮湿,无油污;树脂固化剂、稀释剂等原材料应密封贮存在阴凉干燥处。2.施工环境温度以15～25℃为宜,相对湿度应不大于80%。温度如低于10℃应采取加热保温措施,但不得用明火或蒸汽直接加热。
