实现生产自动化乃是科技进步的主要努力方向。为此苏联正在进行大量的工作,其中包括生产大批的自动化设备,开发各种各样的新技术,从数控机床一直到柔性生产系统。对整个国民经济进行技术改装和技术改造为新技术的应用开辟了广阔的前景(见表1)。从表中可以看出,各种自动化技术设备不仅在数量上不断增长,而且在质量上也在不断完善。新技术的柔性水平也在不断提高,在第十二个五年计划中的前三年,就实施了1026个柔性生产系统(其中1986年实施301个;1987年实施403个;1988年实施
The realization of automation of production is the major direction of technological progress. To this end, the Soviet Union is carrying out a large amount of work, including the production of large quantities of automation equipment and the development of a variety of new technologies, from CNC machine tools to flexible production systems. The technical modification and technological transformation of the entire national economy have opened up broad prospects for the application of new technologies (see Table 1). As can be seen from the table, various automation technology equipments not only continuously increase in quantity, but also continue to improve in quality. The level of flexibility of new technologies is also increasing. In the first three years of the twelfth five-year plan, 1026 flexible production systems were implemented (of which 301 were implemented in 1986; 403 were implemented in 1987; and 1988 were implemented.
