用自制反应器研究了毒砂的化学氧化溶解动力学过程。结果显示:在温度为30~75℃内,毒砂氧化的表观活化能为10.850kJ·mol-1,其反应受边界层扩散控制;在Fe3+浓度为4.62~10.04 g·L-1、27.32~36.33 g·L-1的条件下反应级数分别为0.34、0.61;溶液酸度与毒砂的溶解速率成反比。
A self-made reactor was used to study the chemical oxidation and dissolution kinetics of arsenopyrite. The results showed that the apparent activation energy of the oxidation of arsenopyrite was 10.850 kJ · mol-1 at 30 ~ 75 ℃, and the reaction was controlled by the diffusion of boundary layer. When the concentration of Fe3 + was 4.62-10.04 g · L-1 and 27.32 ~ 36.33 g · L-1, the reaction order was 0.34 and 0.61, respectively. The acidity of the solution was inversely proportional to the dissolution rate of arsenopyrite.
